Psalms 95

Praise to the Lord, and Warning against Unbelief.

1O come, let us asing for joy to the Lord,
Let us shout joyfully to bthe rock of our salvation.
2Let us ccome before His presence dwith
Or a song of thanksgiving
thanksgiving,
Let us shout joyfully to Him fwith
Or songs (with instrumental accompaniment)
psalms.
3For the Lord is a hgreat God
And a great King iabove all gods,
4In whose hand are the jdepths of the earth,
The peaks of the mountains are His also.

Lit Who has the sea
The sea is His, for it was He lwho made it,
And His hands formed the dry land.

6Come, let us mworship and bow down,
Let us nkneel before the Lord our oMaker.
7For He is our God,
And pwe are the people of His
Lit pasturing
,
rpasture and the sheep of His hand.
sToday,
Or O that you would obey
if you would hear His voice,
8Do not harden your hearts, as at
Or place of strife
,
vMeribah,
As in the day of
Or temptation
,
xMassah in the wilderness,
9When your fathers ytested Me,
They tried Me, though they had seen My work.
10“For zforty years I loathed that generation,
And said they are a people who err in their heart,
And they do not know My ways.
11Therefore I aaswore in My anger,
Truly they shall not enter into My abrest.”
